For the 2027 season, our age group is expanding to two teams, creating more opportunities for players to enjoy meaningful game time and develop at the right level.

One age group. Two teams. One Sharks identity.

The Blacks will continue in Division Two after fighting hard throughout 2026 to retain their place. The Reds are a newly formed team and we intend to request Division Four as their starting point, giving the group the right platform to build and progress.

Both teams will train and develop together as one age group. Our focus is on participation, individual development, confidence, player retention and building two sustainable teams.

JOIN THE SHARKS - 2027 UNDER 14s

Shaw Cross Sharks Under 14s are recruiting players for both our Reds and Blacks teams for the 2027 season.

Players should currently be in Year 9. We welcome enquiries from players at different stages of development who want to join an established, ambitious and player-development-focused age group.
