We would just like to congratulate Dylan Padgett on signing an academy deal at Wakefield Trinity, and to top it off getting a win on his debut against St Helens.

Dylan started at the Sharks in the U8’s age group, going all the way through the age groups with coaches Rob, Liam and Steve, right the way up to this years U16 Blacks; playing predominately at loose forward, but also having a few appearances at second row. Throughout the years Dylan has been a key part of the team, going from strength to strength having spent 10 years at the club this year.

Starting at Wakefield Trinity in the Aspire program, Dylan has progressed through to the Scholarship and now signed his first Academy contract, a fantastic achievement and shows that perseverance and hard work does pays off.

Well done Dylan, everyone at the club is incredibly proud of your achievement.
