Our Shaw Cross U13 girls have had such an amazing year, everyone at the club are proud of the achievements and it’s something the girls, parents and coaching staff can look back on for years to come.

In May they attended the Leeds Rhinos Rugby challenge at Butlins and came away the U13’s girls champions, winning 8 out of their 9 games , scoring 34 tries and only conceding 5 across the whole weekend.
In July they beat Dewsbury Moor in the Heavy Woollen final at Batley Buldogs winning 34-0
In September the girls were then crowned Yorkshire Division A league winners, losing only 1 league game all season.
The coaching team: David Rouke, Lisa Senior and Kylie Duddigan said they are a fantastic group of girls to coach, we are really proud of everything they have achieved this season and look forward to competing as U14’s next year in the premier division.
